# Abha, in season

## Verification standard

Before adding or replacing a photo, verify all three of these conditions:

1. The canonical source page explicitly identifies the exact place, food, or cultural subject shown.
2. The source gives a licence compatible with this public site or explicit reuse permission from the rightsholder.
3. The final crop retains the feature that establishes the card’s location or subject.

Do not use search-result images, generic stock images, social-media reposts, Google Maps contributor photos, or remote hotlinks as a substitute for a source-verified image.

## Food note

Haneeth is a traditional dish strongly associated with southern Saudi food culture, including Asir. The image credit above identifies the dish itself; it does not claim that the photographed serving was taken at a particular Abha restaurant.
